About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Shoreline Gateway property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday‑Friday in a stabilized community of 315 units.

Key responsibilities

Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

Required profile

1‑2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a high‑rise environment.
Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
