Maintenance Technician – SE Denver

About the role
This role is responsible for technical and mechanical work that keeps the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the property clean, safe and functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose the source of defects, make repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property environment.
- Capability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
