Maintenance Technician – Satori West Ashley

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s Satori West Ashley community in Johns Island. The role ensures that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas remain clean, safe and fully functional, supporting a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts whenever possible and minimizing material waste.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow established maintenance procedures.
• Experience with residential “make‑ready” turnover processes.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and inventory management.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule.
