Maintenance Technician (Ridgestone Property)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Ridgestone community in Lake Elsinore. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, with on‑call duties as needed.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount.
