Maintenance Technician (Revela)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician supports the physical condition of Greystar’s residential property in Mountain View, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This entry‑level position is full‑time and requires weekend and on‑call availability.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes and execute repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant units for new tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in building or property maintenance.
• Willingness to work weekends and provide on‑call coverage.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude for building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Familiarity with safety standards and local building codes.
