Maintenance Technician – Promenade Towers

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Promenade Towers – including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports a stabilized community of 611 units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new occupants, ensuring all systems are operational and the unit meets quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each task.
• Provide on‑call support and weekend availability as required by the property schedule (Tuesday‑Saturday).

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to work the specified schedule, including weekends and on‑call duties.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
