About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position supports a cottage‑style community during lease‑up and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with established standards.
• Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with a rotating on‑call rotation.
• Participate in the sign‑on bonus program, receiving $750 after 90 days and another $750 after six months of continuous employment.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Willingness to respond to on‑call duties as scheduled.
