Maintenance Technician – Next on Lex/Brio

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Next on Lex/Brio community. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and general cleaning.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or high‑rise environments.
• Availability for weekend shifts and on‑call duties.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
