Maintenance Technician – Mira Flores

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s property team in Palm Beach Gardens. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with safety codes.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, and completing all required repairs.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by cleaning, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Document all service requests accurately and timely to ensure proper tracking.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in building maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures and handle rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
