About the role

This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the Marlowe Lake Manatee property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new leases and move‑ins, including pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
Maintain the property’s physical assets, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, to ensure reliable operation.

Required profile

Full‑time position
Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties
