About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Kapilina Beach Homes property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant units for new residents.

Required profile

1‑2 years of experience in maintenance or related technical work.
Ability to work on a regular schedule with possible on‑call duties.
Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
