Maintenance Technician

About the role
Peak Management is seeking enthusiastic Maintenance Technicians to support a community of over 650 residential units in Dallas, Texas. You will deliver high‑quality service to residents, ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple properties.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond to on‑call requests and maintain accurate work orders.
- Assist with preventative maintenance schedules and inspections.
- Navigate various property layouts, including stairs, ladders, and confined spaces.
Required profile
- Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an on‑call rotation.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, and work in diverse weather conditions.
