About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Milton, Vermont. The role involves ensuring reliable operation of production and facility equipment through routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic machine repairs and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Create and complete work orders, entering data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMM).
- Dismantle, move, install, and align machinery and plant equipment.
- Repair, adjust, disassemble, replace parts, and reassemble mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems independently.
- Liaise with machine and part suppliers as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday shifts from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Physical capability to handle equipment moving and installation.
