About the role
This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
