Maintenance Technician – Gramercy at Buckhead

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and supports a mid‑rise, stabilized community of 249 units.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new move‑ins, ensuring all pre‑move‑out tasks are finished to leasing standards.
- Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs.
Required profile
- Ability to work according to established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Willingness to respond to rotating on‑call duties and handle resident service requests promptly.
