Maintenance Technician – Goddard Point Hope

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s property team at Goddard Point Hope. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies and completing all required maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor when re‑ordering is needed.
• Document service requests and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established procedures, safety protocols and regulatory codes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Willingness to work a standard Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional on‑call rotations.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and well‑functioning property environment.
