Community Manager – Goddard Point Hope

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a 227‑unit garden‑style apartment community, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, application approvals, renewals, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance in line with company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently and as a team leader.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Internet use, word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
