Maintenance Technician for Belmar Villas

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Belmar Villas – including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident requests, preventative upkeep and the preparation of vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are ready for new move‑ins.
• Coordinate with external vendors, obtain necessary permits, and verify that all work complies with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, update work order systems, and respond promptly to emergency situations.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical and building defects and perform repairs safely.
• Familiarity with standard maintenance tools and equipment.
• Commitment to follow established policies, procedures and safety codes.
