Maintenance Technician for Ballpark Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the Ballpark community. You will ensure that apartments, common areas, and grounds meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing defects according to policies and codes.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory by retrieving supplies, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to maintain proper tracking.
• Assist with upkeep of grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential property settings.
• Strong painting abilities and a focus on detail‑oriented work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability and pride in delivering high‑quality service.
