Maintenance Technician – Fiori Estates

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Fiori Estates community. You will perform technical and mechanical tasks that keep the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory by tracking supplies, tools, and equipment, returning unused items and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
• Comfortable using computer software for reporting and documentation.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and an active cell phone.
• Ability to lift items with or without assistance.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
• Availability for a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule (8:00 AM‑5:00 PM) with on‑call duties.
