Maintenance Technician – Ellipse on Excelsior

About the role
The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the Ellipse on Excelsior property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to keep systems operating efficiently.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors to prepare units for new tenants.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability.
- Ability to work on‑site in a residential property environment.
