Maintenance Technician – El Paso, TX

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that all production and shop equipment at our El Paso facility operates safely and efficiently. You will play a key part in keeping manufacturing lines running, supporting the production team, and upholding the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Fabricate components using shop equipment when required.
• Accurately record spare parts usage and complete work orders in the CMMS.
• Maintain facility systems such as air compressors, humidifiers, HVAC, and pneumatic installations.
• Support the production team, participate in engineering and continuous‑improvement projects, and provide training to peers.
