About the role

Connection on Broadway is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team in Seattle. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, ensuring they meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance across the property.
• Inspect and service building systems, equipment, and common‑area amenities.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation of completed tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
