Maintenance Technician – Bella Mirage

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Bella Mirage’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Avondale, Arizona and supports resident satisfaction through timely repairs and preventative upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property to reduce future issues.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are ready for new occupants.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols when performing mechanical and technical work.
• Experience handling resident service requests and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Attention to detail in inspections and documentation of maintenance work.
