Maintenance Technician – Arcadia (Veranda Falls)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Arcadia community at Veranda Falls meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite position involves technical and mechanical work across apartments, common areas, and grounds.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and amenities by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Physical capability to perform manual labor, lift equipment, and work outdoors.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
