Maintenance Technician – Anthem

About the role

The Maintenance Technician for the Anthem property will ensure that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite role supports resident satisfaction by addressing service requests and performing preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs in accordance with safety codes and company policies.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems to reduce downtime.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, and coordination with vendors.
• Schedule and oversee contractors and vendors as needed, ensuring proper supplies are available.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and update maintenance logs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Reliable transportation for onsite duties.
