Maintenance Technician – Altana

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Altana property in Glendale, California. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas are clean, safe, functional and meet Greystar’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and other building components.
- Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare units for new residents.
- Provide on-call support and be available to work weekends as needed.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
- Ability to work weekends and be on call.
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify the source of defects.
