Maintenance Technician – Albion in the Gulch

About the role
The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of a high‑rise property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This full‑time position supports the lease‑up stage of a 415‑unit community in Nashville.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new move‑ins, ensuring all units meet leasing standards.
- Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.
Required profile
- Technical and mechanical aptitude to perform building‑system repairs.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and code requirements.
- Willingness to work a rotating on‑call schedule in addition to regular weekday hours.
