Maintenance Supervisor – Woodland Hills, CA

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical and mechanical work across a residential community in Woodland Hills, CA. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Availability for on‑call duties, weekend work, and flexible scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and safety regulations.
