Maintenance Supervisor – Terraces on the Hudson

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Terraces on the Hudson community. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other community spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code compliance.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team, coordinate vendors, and manage inventory effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills.
