Maintenance Supervisor – Tapestry, Brentwood Town Center

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Tapestry community at Brentwood Town Center meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose defects, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply ordering, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing building systems and mechanical issues.
• Ability to coordinate make‑ready activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong attention to detail for developing and maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Experience conducting inspections of work performed by staff and external contractors.
