About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Skyview community in Airway Heights, Washington. The role is pivotal in ensuring that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and perform technical and mechanical repairs.
• Ensure all interior and exterior areas comply with safety and appearance standards.
• Manage and coordinate external vendors and service providers.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and schedule preventive maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
• Leadership skills to guide maintenance staff and manage vendor relationships.
