Maintenance Supervisor – Skymor Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Skymor community in Wesley Chapel. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, building exteriors, common areas, signage, parking lots and other community assets.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to verify compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in residential or multifamily settings.
• Ability to diagnose defects, follow safety procedures and apply relevant building codes.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, vendor relationships and inventory control.
