Maintenance Supervisor – Redwood Square

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of Redwood Square, a 206‑unit garden‑style community in Sacramento. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall and painting projects.
• Supervise make‑ready turnovers and coordinate vendor work to keep units ready for occupancy.
• Schedule repairs, prioritize work orders and manage a small maintenance team.
• Respond to on‑call requests outside regular hours to address urgent issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property maintenance operations.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
