Maintenance Supervisor – Oaks at Wendell

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Oaks at Wendell community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or community maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, schedule work, and manage inventory effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Capability to work independently on‑site and respond to on‑call duties as needed.
