Maintenance Supervisor – Novi at Queen Anne

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for Novi at Queen Anne ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work on interiors, exteriors, and common areas.
• Manage outside vendors, track warranties, and follow up via email and phone.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Supervise up to five maintenance employees.
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry, and various roofing materials (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
