Maintenance Supervisor – Marlowe Sand Canyon

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas at Marlowe Sand Canyon meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This on‑site role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas and common spaces to reflect Greystar’s quality standards.
• Periodically inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, specifications and quality expectations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain adequate inventory of parts, supplies and equipment required for routine and emergency maintenance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience in a residential community.
• HVAC certification and CPO certification.
• Experience with lease‑up processes and property management software such as Entrata or Happy Properties (preferred).
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday on‑site in Santa Clarita.
