Maintenance Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Tungsten Parts Wyoming is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep its 24/7/365 production line running safely and reliably. You will own the preventive‑maintenance program for furnaces, machinery, and facility systems while coordinating with operators and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute a preventive‑maintenance schedule for all production equipment, furnaces and building systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, repair and overhaul activities on complex thermal processing equipment and production machinery.
• Plan maintenance windows to minimise impact on production sequencing and throughput.
• Source, schedule and supervise subcontractors for specialised repairs, installations and facility projects.
• Support overall facility maintenance, including utilities, building systems and site infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records and spare‑parts inventories.
• Communicate equipment status, downtime risks and repair needs to production leadership.
• Enforce safety procedures such as lockout/tagout during all maintenance work.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that increase equipment reliability and uptime.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hands‑on maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with furnaces, ovens or comparable thermal‑processing equipment is preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate and work with subcontractors and external vendors.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and document maintenance work.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
