Maintenance Supervisor – Kirker Creek Community

About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Kirker Creek community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform routine upkeep of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
- Diagnose defects, determine causes and carry out repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
- Ensure that all interior and exterior areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
