Maintenance Supervisor – Jacent (Multifamily)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across the community’s interior and exterior spaces, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full-time, on-call position supports a lease-up, Class A multifamily property of 176 units in Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in resident units and common areas.
• Coordinate on-call and weekend maintenance activities to address urgent issues.
• Manage warranties, work closely with construction teams, and oversee unit punch-out during lease-up.
• Lead development-related calls and ensure compliance with safety and appearance standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using property management software.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily, lease-up or new-construction environments.
• Proven experience with Class A properties and high-amenity communities.
• Strong ability to manage warranties and coordinate with construction contractors.
• High level of computer literacy.
