Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Bridge Property Management is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to keep our residential communities operating smoothly. You will lead a skilled maintenance crew, ensure timely repairs, and uphold safety and quality standards across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team across one or more communities.
• Schedule daily tasks, coordinate after‑hours assignments, and ensure service orders are completed on time.
• Develop, monitor, and adhere to maintenance budgets.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and conduct regular property inspections.
• Collaborate with residents, vendors, and internal staff to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with special projects and property improvement initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in facility or property maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance crew.
• Dependable and flexible, with availability for emergency repairs.
• Physical ability to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, and work in varied conditions.
