Maintenance Supervisor – Highland House Tower

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Highland House Tower, its grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of work orders, make‑ready processes and preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.
• Assist the Community Manager with additional maintenance and operational duties as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Experience coordinating vendors, managing inventories and overseeing make‑ready processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with community staff and contractors.
