Maintenance Supervisor – Goddard Point Hope

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position works on‑site in Goddard Point Hope, Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain interior and exterior building components, grounds and amenities.
• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and complete work orders in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final inspections.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, compliance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, and collaborate with the Community Manager to order materials within budget.
• Complete monthly reporting and other administrative tasks related to maintenance operations.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes and Greystar maintenance policies.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory and vendor relationships.
