Maintenance Supervisor – Goddard Point Hope

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Goddard Point Hope community meets Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position oversees both routine upkeep and resident‑requested repairs across the property’s interior and exterior spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to work orders from resident requests and perform diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage vendors, and supervise a maintenance team.
