Maintenance Supervisor – Gable House

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Gable House community in Torrance, California. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to keep the property’s interior, exterior, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform mechanical and technical tasks to meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests, completing work orders in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
• Coordinate routine upkeep and preventive maintenance across the community.
• Provide on‑call support and weekend availability as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Ability to work weekends and be on call.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
