Maintenance Supervisor for Kapolei Lofts Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Kapolei Lofts community. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and other shared spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of team members’ work and contractor performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage vendors, and maintain detailed records.

Required skills

• HVAC certification (preferred).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (preferred).
