Maintenance Supervisor (Everett)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while working as part of a collaborative team.
• Manage outside vendors, track warranties, and follow up via email and phone.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Perform routine hot‑water system repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Apply basic carpentry skills to address building repairs.
• Supervise up to five maintenance employees and assist with their daily tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in building or facility maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and coordinate vendor activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents and internal staff.
