Maintenance Supervisor – COOP Farmers Market

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work to ensure that the COOP Farmers Market community and its surrounding facilities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite role involves responding to resident service requests, preparing vacant units for new tenants, and maintaining the overall condition of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues from resident work orders, adhering to safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably within a residential community.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and Greystar’s service standards.
