Maintenance Supervisor – Ascend on Potranco

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the Ascend on Potranco community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position oversees routine upkeep, resident service requests, and the preparation of vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities to ensure they remain safe, clean, and operational.
• Document maintenance activities, track inventory of supplies, and ensure compliance with preventive‑maintenance schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage vendor relationships.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and internal teams.
