Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will manage plant maintenance, ensuring timely and productive upkeep of equipment and systems to maximize production time. This 2nd‑shift position works Monday‑Friday, 2 pm‑10 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities of skilled maintenance staff for preventative and corrective tasks in a safe, timely, and cost‑effective manner.
• Monitor equipment performance, uphold product quality standards, and recommend purchases of new assets.
• Assist in developing the maintenance budget, track plant spending, and report cost variances.
• Collaborate with functional managers and HR on labor issues, safety, training, and employee relations.
• Work with EHS to meet environmental compliance and promote food safety reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and ability to influence and lead teams.
• Capability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
